  • Refund & Cancellation Policy

    100% money back guarantee if you pay with us via online transfer (via maybank2u)  if:

    • You may request for cancellation within 1 hours (business hours) from the time of payment and order created. Your order will be cancelled immediately and we will process the refund.

    •  We can decline if your cancellation request out of the given time, as supplier will have started preparing your order.

    •  Item sold out or out of stock

    Take Noted: if you use Billpz payment gateway (Third Parties), we only can refund your money after we get the money from Billpz. Please refer our Payment Information.

  • Cancellation Policy

    We are confident you're going to love both our customer service and your products. But we also know things may happen. Sometimes you need to cancel your order for one reason or another, and that’s okay! Here’s what to do if you need to make changes or cancel your order. 

    Other Changes

    We process things pretty quickly after you complete the online order form, approve of your virtual proof, and submit payment. Your products are immediately sent to production in order to meet the guaranteed delivery date specified on our Estimated Delivery Time of Goods. If you need to make any changes to your order for any reason, please contact us right away!

    Order Cancellations

    The good news—we do not charge any cancellation fees! However, we will charge for any fees incurred up until your products go to production. But don’t worry! We will send you several approval emails before we finalize your order, so you’ll have plenty of time to make sure everything looks good before you approve!

    Cancellation of orders

    For purchased made and should customer decide to cancel order prior to us sending – 1 hours after payment. (Business hours only).

  • Refund of Delivery Cost

    We will refund your shipping costs when possible. In some cases, your entire shipping costs can be refunded, like if you are returning your whole order or STALION® deliver wrong item or defect products. We won’t be able to refund your shipping costs if you are only returning part of your order. 

    Start from year 2019, please keep, Scan & Submit your shipping receipt to us via support ticket system. We will refund your shipping cost. (Terms & conditions apply)


Return Policy

  • Delivery policy

    We do not hold liable for any loss, damage or delays due to courier schedule disruption or customs clearance during the delivery process.

  • Return Policy (A)

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with item purchase, you may return the items to us with such conditions : 

    • All return items must be returned in UNUSED, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNWASHED,UNIRONED condition with ALL POLY BAGS ATTACHED.
    • Please be aware that items must be returned with their original packaging, which includes the original box in its original condition. We recommend posting the items with the original box back in a separate box to ensure that the product is delivered in acceptable condition.
    • Items returned without their original boxes will not be accepted. Returns must be posted within three (3) working days of receiving your order along with the RETURN LISTING indicating the description, quantity and reason of returns. Please complete your return form here.
  • Returning Customized Products

    We can’t accept any products once they’ve been branded with your logo or artwork. Not to mention, you’ll receive a free virtual proof with every order. So you don’t have to worry about getting stuck with something that’s less than incredible

  • Returns and Exchanges

    **Customized goods are not usually accompanied by guarantees, but Stalion™  has changed that. We have a 5 day/ 3 working days return and exchange policy with few restrictions.

    **If you wish to exchange exceeds the value of the item returned,you shall pay for the excess. If the item you wish to exchange is lower price than the the returned item,  NO CASH REFUND POLICY  shall apply.

    **Exchange is strictly subject to same product or same price.

    **Strictly no exchange for items on sales or promotion.

    **Normal Price item are exchangeable within 1 days of receipt of ordered items. (without any prior notice).


    Remark/ Please take noted:

    We reserve the right to refuse any exchange.
    We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchange after 1 days of receive date.
    Futhermore, we reserve the right to deny refund if the items does not meet our return policy guidelines, in which event, we shall return the items to you at your expense.


  • Return Policy (B) -5 days/ 3 working days return 

    • After seller checks if returned product is UNUSED, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition, return is completed and seller will process your returned order.
    • If you have requested for a refund, the amount will appear as a credit on your Stalion account. This credit can be used with your next order.
    •  There is an administration fee of 15% being restocking for all items returned. SALES or PROMOTION items cannot be returned.
    • If you returned products for an exchange, the requested items will be shipped to you when you place your next order, unless you have requested that the items be dispatched immediately.
    • For all orders with defect or wrong item, please create support ticket & complete product return form here. You may Whatsapp us +60132006622. We will advise accordingly (urgent only).

    • Products replacement are only applicable to defective, damaged at the time of receipt, and when wrong items delivered.

      All we ask is that the product is...
      -          not used at all, not even once
      -          in the same condition you received it
      -          in the original box and / or packaging
      -          without printing or embroidery if item without printing from us. 

      However, this does not apply to the sale or clearance items in which we already mentioned no refund nor return will not be entitled for this.
